Arete

Arete is the Greek word for excellence, a thing being fully what it was meant to be. A bold geometric star on orange, the highest contrast design in the collection, nothing held back.

A handcrafted dodecahedron lantern, made in three light styles. Each lantern is built for a single style, chosen when you order.

• Shadow Caster casts shifting multicolor patterns across the room. The pattern grows with distance and deepens in darker rooms.
• Glow holds the light inside the orb, a soft contained luminance through the paper.
• Amber gives one warm, steady, non-flicker tone for winding down.

In the Shadow Caster and Glow styles, multi-diode LEDs drift gently out of sync, so the light is always moving and never exactly repeats. Choose your light style above.
